The rear of what appears to have been a stable complex adjacent to the old Covent Garden market area of Leamington Spa, now replaced by a multi-storey car park. The stables are built round a central square and the front range appears still to be occupied and used as offices. The rear part is derelict and has been for many years. Protective wooden shutters have now appeared on the building windows and doors although whether this means there is going to be some activity on the site is not known.
