The Mayor, Councillor Hazel Bettison, waits on the steps of the Guildhall with other civic dignitaries, ready to take the salute from the Coldstream Guards at noon on the 25th March 2009, as they march through Berwick for the last time before the borough 'disappears' due to County Council reorganization (cf 'Marching down Marygate', NU9953).
