Kids playing football between the parked cars on Cecil Street, Hull, looking east-northeast from No.64 towards Malvern Avenue (the narrower bit straight ahead) and the back of a small factory at the southern end of Plane Street. The terraced houses on Cecil Street and Malvern Avenue have been earmarked by the city council for acquisition and demolition between now and 2011. I'm not sure that demolishing the cars was part of the plan.
