One of four streets off the west side of Granville Street where the old terraced houses have been earmarked by the city council for acquisition and demolition between 2011 and 2014. Hull has many short streets like this one which are too small to be shown on most maps and are usually called something Grove, Avenue or Crescent, although there's not really room for any trees and they're invariably straight.
