The tablet accompanying this plaque bears the inscription "Here lies the bodies of Thomas Ap Harry (Parry) and Agnes his wife. Thomas died 3rd December 1522. The aforesaid Agnes died 15--. The plaque bears four coats of arms. 1st Parry, 2nd uncertain, 3rd Waterten, 4th Delahay"
