This is a well-appointed footbridge with good-quality railings and a new-looking kissing-gate. The bridge is a solid stone structure and it would be interesting to know who built in and when - possibly Kirkburton UDC after it was formed in 1925, as I can't imagine the previous Farnley Tyas and Thurstonland UDCs agreeing to share the cost!
