Otherwise known as 'The Tip'. This photo is taken from the household waste skips, down onto the recycling area where the kerbside collections of paper and glass are transferred to skips, and the public can bring plastic bottles, scrap metal, fridges, TVs etc. Note the graffiti on the building, which also has on it the shadow of a tree.
