This milestone stands on a small junction opposite the village green. It is recorded in the Bench Mark Database as http://www.bench-marks.org.uk/bm33415. It is apparent that the milestone has been relocated since it was mapped in 1876 and isn't shown on modern maps. Also interesting that the 69 miles to London is indicated as LXVIIII rather than LXIX.
