Empty Building, Black Rock

On the former cliff opposite the Black Rock terminus of the Volks Railway. Built the same time as the original Kemp Town development the former cliffs were sloped and made into gardens accessed via a tunnel that came out at this point between two small cottages. The tunnel has long been blocked and for a while it was a reading room. Currently empty though a 'for let' sign on the building seems to want to convert the building into a cafe. The road in the foreground is Madeira Drive.
