Originally C18 with later additions, this was the home of the Picton family and in particular General Sir Thomas Picton, although he was born in Haverfordwest while the house was being rebuilt in 1758, see Image It is said to have a magnificent library, unfortunately not available to view. A farm adjoins and there is a lake in the grounds, seen here, the view being from the public footpath running to the east.
