On Borstal Street, opposite Silverhill Road. On right-hand side wall is carved stone plaque. Which reads "Erected by Samuel Barker Booth". Entrance Porch also has a carved stone plaque above the door. Which reads "Porch was erected by Felix H.B. Booth to the Glory of God and in loving memory of his father Felix Booth who died December 1933".
