Combining a pub bar with a full restaurant menu, this is unusual for a Cambridgeshire pub in not being a Greene King house. The Victoria County History records that it has been a public house from the 1760s or earlier, and called the Golden Ball from 1820. http://www.british-history.ac.uk/report.aspx?compid=15432
