This residential road near the cliff top at Southbourne runs from Southbourne Overcliff Drive above the sea, to Pine Avenue. It is on the extreme E side of the square with the grid line running roughly along the street crossing it at a slight diagonal so that the line is in the back garden of the house closest to the sea on the west side and crosses to be in the front garden of the house at the other end of the street on the east side.
