A pleasant traditional village pub and the only one in the village of Buttonoak (sometimes spelt Button Oak like the pub). The nearest alternative is a few miles away near Pound Green. The Button Oak is currently for sale, as can be seen by the sale board, but it is still very much open for business as usual. Unlike many Banks pubs which are now displaying Marstons signs, this still has a traditional Banks sign above the food sign. The pub is on the main village road, the B4194 from Bewdley.
