PROPERTY ENERGY EFFICIENCY CERTIFICATE DETAILS

- The holder of the energy certificate has 'opted-out' of disclosure
- The certificate is excluded on the grounds of national security
- Certificates that are marked as 'cancelled' or 'not for issue'
