For the activities hereby permitted, it is a condition of this permit that activities shall not commence before the proposed start date or, in the case of 'immediate works', the start date contained in the application for immediate works and must end by the estimated end date provided on this permit. The proposed start date, actual start date and estimated end date will be as defined.

For the activities hereby permitted, it is a condition of this permit that activities shall not commence before the proposed start date and must commence within the valid starting window period or in the case of immediate works by the actual start date contained in the application for immediate works. Once the activities have commenced, the activities must take no more than [x number of] days in total to be completed.
