Rural crime – Burglary

Ongoing rural burglary patrols owing to multiple burglaries in the area.

Extra patrols of heritage sites to aid with community tension from rise in burglaries in the area will also be in affect.

Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) in Warminster and Westbury

Response (5 Feb 2024)

ASB in the parks (particularly Leighton Rec, Penleigh Skate Park, Town Park) and town centre (High Street and Edward Street) – this will increase as the evenings start to get lighter.

Continuing to patrol and monitor separate groups across the NPT areas; working with local intelligence reports that come in - especially clamping down on e-scooter use across the Westbury area.
