Following the birth of her son in March 2022, PC Moore returned to full fitness and resumed her response duties by September 2023. Having missed frontline work during her time away, she brought renewed passion to her role.

In late 2024, PC Moore transitioned to the Neighbourhood Policing Team, motivated by a strong desire to be a voice for victims of crime, safeguard vulnerable individuals, and make a positive impact within the community. She actively participates in multi-agency meetings to protect the public from adverse situations and is deeply committed to safeguarding and providing justice.

PCSO Jeremy Marsh (known to most as Jerry) has proudly served with Wiltshire Police for the past nine years as a Police Community Support Officer. He is responsible for the areas of Park North, Park South, and Walcot, and is also a familiar face on foot patrol in Swindon Town Centre.

Jerry has built strong, lasting relationships with local schools, businesses, and community centres. He regularly attends community and cultural events, strengthening ties between the police and the people he serves.

A dedicated mentor, Jerry represents Wiltshire Police at motorcycle instruction courses run in partnership with a local educational facility. These sessions are designed to support young people aged 13–16, helping to build their confidence, resilience, and self-esteem through positive engagement.

He is also proactive in tackling retail crime, frequently visiting local shops to offer reassurance, advice, and a visible deterrent. Jerry’s regular visits to primary schools are another key part of his work, where he educates children on staying safe and ensures they feel comfortable interacting with the police from an early age.

One of his proudest achievements is the number of children he’s inspired to wave at police officers on patrol - something he sees as a small but meaningful sign of trust and connection between young people and the force.

PCSO Kuy Harrison is a highly experienced and decorated Police Community Support Officer, with 16 years of service in Neighbourhood Policing across South Wiltshire and Swindon. He currently covers the Parks and Walcot area, where he is known for his strong community presence and proactive engagement.

Kuy is a multi-award-winning officer, having received nine commendations - including five from the Chief Constable - for acts of bravery and outstanding service.

His role involves working closely with residents, supporting vulnerable individuals, and engaging with students at New College. A familiar and approachable figure in the community, Kuy often patrols on the police bike, using his time out and about to offer reassurance and take part in “hat 'n’ chat” conversations - building trust and fostering positive relationships with those he serves.

PC Adam Gutowski is part of the Central South Neighbourhood Policing Team, currently covering the Parks and Walcot areas in Swindon. He joined Wiltshire Police in 2018 as an Incident Control Operator based at Headquarters in Devizes, before becoming a Police Constable in 2021.

Adam initially planned a career in the Army, having studied Uniformed Public Services at college. However, he went on to complete a degree in Applied Social Science at university before joining Wiltshire Police. He spent over two years on Response and, in early 2024, transitioned to the Neighbourhood Policing Team.

After a brief period covering Swindon Town Centre, he moved into his current role in Parks and Walcot.

He is trained in Public Support Unit (PSU) tactics, is a Taser officer, and holds EDIT (drug testing) qualifications. A fluent Polish speaker, Adam brings valuable language skills to his role. He is particularly focused on tackling drug-related issues and knife crime in the community he serves.

PCSO Ashlee John is the Police Community Support Officer for Walcot, Park North, and Park South in Swindon. With over 13 years of service in Wiltshire Police - including more than 8 years dedicated to the Parks and Walcot area - Ashlee brings a wealth of local knowledge and unwavering enthusiasm to the role.

Known for her approachable nature and genuine passion for neighbourhood policing, Ashlee thrives on the variety her role brings, embracing each day with the same energy and commitment as when she first joined. She has a particular interest in working with young people, supporting and guiding them through their formative years to help make a positive difference in their lives and communities.

PCSO Bethany Gore has been serving with Wiltshire Police for seven years, currently serving the Parks and Walcot area of Swindon. Her long-standing presence in the community has helped her build strong relationships with residents, local schools, businesses, and partner agencies.

Bethany is passionate about neighbourhood policing and is often seen on foot patrol, engaging with members of the public and providing visible reassurance. She focuses on tackling anti-social behaviour, supporting vulnerable individuals, and gathering community intelligence to help address local concerns.

Her in-depth local knowledge and commitment to the area have made her a trusted and familiar face, and she continues to work proactively to improve safety, reduce crime, and support community cohesion.

PC 2442 Dave Thompson is a dedicated member of the Swindon South Central Neighbourhood Policing Team, with responsibility for the Park North, Park South and Walcot areas.

PC Thompson has served with Wiltshire Police since 2006. Over the course of his career, he has spent 12 years working on Emergency Response Teams, developing a strong foundation in frontline policing. He also brings seven years of experience in neighbourhood policing, having previously covered the Gorsehill, Pinehurst and Penhill communities.

His current focus includes improving public safety, tackling ongoing local issues, and supporting wider policing operations. He is particularly committed to disrupting gangs and drug-related activity within the area, while also engaging with young people to divert them away from criminality and towards more positive pathways.

PC Thompson continues to play a vital role in supporting local policing priorities, working in partnership with the community to create a safer environment for all.

Inspector David Tippetts has over 19 years of policing experience and has worked within Neighbourhood Policing throughout his career—serving as a Police Constable, Sergeant, and now Inspector. He has worked across the county and moved to Swindon in 2018 as the Sergeant for the Swindon Central South area. Following his promotion, he spent 18 months as a Duty Inspector on a response team before returning to Central South in 2021 as Sector Head.

David is passionate about his Neighbourhood Policing Team investing in the local community and working in partnership to reduce crime and anti-social behaviour (ASB). A key focus of his work is targeting those who cause the most harm and frequently come to police attention—demonstrated through his leadership of the Criminal Behaviour Order Panel, which he chairs.

Community engagement remains a top priority for David. He is committed to building strong relationships with schools, community groups, and key stakeholders. By ensuring his team maintains a visible presence at community events and actively listens to local concerns, David works to foster collaboration and find effective solutions to prevent crime and reduce ASB.

PS 2762 Ed Rogers is the Neighbourhood Sergeant for the Swindon Central South Neighbourhood Team. He is currently responsible for the areas of Walcot East and West, Park North and South, Lawns, East Wichel, Croft, and Okus.

Ed has served with Wiltshire Police for 10 years and has been part of the Central South Neighbourhood Team since 2019. Prior to this, he worked as a Swindon Response Officer and spent 10 months supervising the Volume Crime Team, focusing on issues including domestic abuse and violence against women and girls.

Ed is proud to lead a team that is committed to reducing violence, anti-social behaviour, prolific offending, and shoplifting. The team also works proactively to safeguard vulnerable individuals and target criminal exploitation.
