Sergeant Caroline Ralph has been a Police Officer with Wiltshire Police for 12 years, gaining extensive experience across both Response and Investigation teams. Now overseeing the Amesbury NPT area, Gavin is embracing the opportunity to lead his team, build strong relationships with local communities and work collaboratively with partner agencies to address local priorities and improve safety across the area.

PC 2054 Kinge is a member of the Amesbury Neighbourhood Policing Team, based at Tidworth Police Station. Responsible for covering Tidworth, Ludgershall, and the surrounding rural communities—from Netheravon to Chute—PC Kinge plays a key role in supporting residents across this wide and varied area.

PCSO Ruby Kaur has been part of Wiltshire Police since 2021, beginning her career in Salisbury City Centre before transferring to the Amesbury Neighbourhood Policing Team in 2023. Based at Tidworth Police Station, she now covers Ludgershall and the surrounding rural communities, including Netheravon, Enford, Collingbourne Kingston, Collingbourne Ducis, Everleigh, and Chute.

Her move to Amesbury has allowed for a better work-life balance while continuing to serve local communities with dedication. PCSO Kaur works closely with partner agencies to address local concerns and is particularly interested in tackling heritage and rural crime. She enjoys being visible and approachable in her patch—engaging with residents, listening to their concerns, and working to find practical solutions to issues such as anti-social behaviour in hotspot areas.
