Sergeant Georgie Wyatt is the Neighbourhood Sergeant overseeing the areas of Devizes, Marlborough, and Pewsey. She began her career with Wiltshire Police in 2014 as a detention officer before joining as a Police Constable in 2016.

Georgie initially policed Trowbridge in a uniformed role before transitioning into detective work. She spent around five years as a detective, gaining experience in both main office CID and proactive policing. Following this, she took on the role of managing a response team in Devizes.

Driven by a passion for community-focused policing, Georgie made the decision to join the neighbourhood team, where she now leads efforts to build strong community relationships and address local issues. Her broad policing experience and leadership make her a valued asset to the communities she serves.

PC 2811 Jason Steele is the dedicated Neighbourhood Policing Officer for Marlborough, part of the Devizes Area Neighbourhood Policing Team.

Jason joined Wiltshire Police in November 2016 and spent several years on a Response Policing Team covering Devizes, Pewsey, and Marlborough. In the summer of 2023, he transitioned to Neighbourhood Policing, taking on the role of Marlborough’s local officer.

He enjoys the variety that neighbourhood policing offers—from responding to live incidents to addressing long-term community concerns through problem-solving and engagement. Jason is also a trained Wildlife Crime Officer (WCO) and has a particular interest in tackling issues affecting rural communities.

Having spent most of his policing career within the Marlborough sector, Jason values the strong sense of community in the area and is committed to maintaining local trust and safety through proactive, visible policing.

PCSO Melissa Camilleri is the dedicated rural officer for the Marlborough area villages. With over 17 years of experience as a Police Community Support Officer, Melissa began her career with Wiltshire Police in 2008, initially covering rural South Swindon. Since then, she has served in various parts of the county, including Pewsey and Devizes, before taking on her current role in Marlborough’s rural communities.

A proud local, Melissa grew up in the Marlborough area and feels a deep connection to the community she now serves. Her strong ties to the countryside and passion for rural life led her to volunteer as a Wiltshire Police Wildlife Crime Officer, a role that complements her policing work and allows her to support the protection of local wildlife and the rural environment.

Known for her approachable manner and dedication to community-based policing, Melissa values the variety her role brings and the opportunity to make a tangible difference. She takes great pride in representing Wiltshire Police within the very communities that helped shape her journey into policing

Inspector Simon Garrett is the Neighbourhood Policing Inspector for the Devizes, Marlborough and Pewsey areas.

With over 24 years of policing experience - 21 of those spent with Wiltshire Police - Simon has served in a wide variety of roles across the county. His background includes a strong focus on frontline policing as well as time spent in custody roles, including the delivery of specialist training.

Simon is passionate about the impact Neighbourhood Policing can have on local communities. He believes it offers a valuable opportunity to proactively target crime hotspots, reduce offending, and provide tailored support to the most vulnerable members of the public.

Leading the local Neighbourhood Team is a role Simon describes as a privilege. He is committed to making a meaningful difference in the communities he serves and ensuring his team delivers the highest possible standard of service.

Inspector Andy Lemon has served with Wiltshire Police for 24 years, during which time he has gained extensive experience across both Uniform and Detective roles.

For the past 10 years, he has held the rank of Inspector, undertaking a range of responsibilities including Covert Intelligence, Force Intelligence Manager and his current position as Neighbourhood Inspector for the Devizes area.

The majority of Andy’s career has been spent as a Detective, having served at all ranks within detective roles. His background includes both proactive and reactive crime investigation, as well as several intelligence-based positions. In addition to his operational experience, Andy is an accredited Initial Tactical Firearms Commander, an accredited Post Incident Manager and the Tactical Rural Crime Lead for the Force.
