Priorities

18 Apr 2024

Addressing antisocial use of motor vehicles.

Response (18 Apr 2024)

We have noticed that there is a slight up turn in people meeting in cars with in carparks within the town. Whilst this doesn’t cause a cause for concern there have been some suggestions of people being antisocial in and outside of the town. We will look to regularly patrol during the evenings and weekend these locations in order to deal with and deter any antisocial behaviour.

On 26th March there was a community day of action where a number of community speed watch members and the neighbourhood policing team came together to enforce speed limits and also dealt with any other road traffic issues.

23 Aug 2024

Addressing antisocial behaviour.

Response (23 Aug 2024)

We are aware of instances of ASB in local villages throughout the area. Whilst we are less likely to be just around the corner it is still important that we know about any incidents and look to attend locations and identify wrong doers.
