In her role, Jess actively engages with local parish councils, schools, housing associations, and licensed premises through initiatives such as Pubwatch. She is dedicated to reducing crime, promoting safety, and providing reassurance to the public.

Police Community Support Officer Laura Maplesden is a member of the Chippenham Neighbourhood Policing Team, where she covers Chippenham Town Centre and Pewsham. She began her career with Wiltshire Police in 2019, initially serving the community in Royal Wootton Bassett until October 2022.
