Jenny Moss is the Police Community Support Officer for Laverstock, Ford, Old Sarum, and Longhedge Village. She joined Wiltshire Police in 2007 and has previously served in both Salisbury City Centre and Wilton.

Jenny enjoys the variety that neighbourhood policing offers - whether it’s assisting with local enquiries, working alongside partner agencies to help solve community issues, or engaging with local schools and groups. Her focus is on being a visible, approachable presence and helping residents feel connected and supported.

PCSO John Taylor covers the rural communities of Alderbury, East and West Grimstead, Farley and Pitton, Firsdown, Landford, West Dean, Whiteparish, and Winterslow.

John joined Wiltshire Police as a Police Community Support Officer in 2018 after serving 22 years as a dog handler with the Ministry of Defence. Now working across East Salisbury’s rural areas, he is passionate about understanding and supporting the unique challenges these communities face. He takes pride in being a visible and approachable presence, dedicated to building strong local relationships and helping people feel safe where they live.

PC Ramsey covers rural east Salisbury specifically the communities of Alderbury, East and West Grimstead, Farley and Pitton, Firsdown, Landford, West Dean, Whiteparish, and Winterslow.

PC Ramsey joined as a Police Constable in March 2003 and has Policing experience across the coastal South West as well as London. Most of his experience is drawn from frontline 24/7 shift work responding to emergencies and calls for service as well as previous Neighbourhood Policing in Poole. Additionally, he has control room experience in Exeter where he triaged contact calls from the public as well as dealing with service recovery.

PC Ramsey regularly works single crewed as well as in a team and enjoys traditional high visibility foot patrol. He has dedicated his career to serving the public and listening to the concerns of communities in both urban & rural environments; understanding each has its own set of challenges and priorities. This has always been with the view to improving the quality of lives of residents, reducing crime and targeting persistent offenders.

Sergeant Lisa Lovatt joined Wiltshire Police in January 1998 and has proudly spent her entire policing career serving the Salisbury community.

Over the past 27 years, she has taken on a wide range of roles including working on the Forensic Conversion Team, Burglary Team, Crime Squad, Drugs Squads and Local Tasking Teams. Despite this variety, her passion has always remained with local and response policing - the role she dreamed of as a child.

Lisa became the Neighbourhood Policing Team Sergeant for Salisbury in December 2019, a position she finds incredibly rewarding. She is committed to completing her 30-year policing career in this role, working alongside a dedicated team of colleagues and partner agencies, all striving toward a shared goal: to support communities and deliver an outstanding service to victims.

PC Rachel Wood joined Wiltshire Police in 2016, fulfilling a lifelong ambition to become a Police Officer. She spent six years as a Response Officer, gaining valuable frontline experience, before joining the Child Abuse Investigation Team (CAIT) in January 2023.

After 16 months working in a specialist safeguarding role, Rachel returned to uniformed policing and joined the Salisbury Neighbourhood Policing Team.

Rachel thrives on the variety and challenges that neighbourhood policing brings. She is passionate about engaging with the community, problem solving, and making a real difference at a local level.

Her commitment to serving the public and tackling issues that matter most to residents remains at the heart of everything she does.

Sergeant Susan Malkinson has served with Wiltshire Police for over a decade, beginning her policing journey as a Special Constable before becoming a full-time Police Constable in 2016.

Much of Susan’s career has been spent as a Response Officer in the south of the county, gaining a wealth of frontline experience. In 2022, she joined the Salisbury Neighbourhood Policing Team as a Police Constable and was promoted in post to Sergeant the following year.

Passionate about problem solving and making a tangible difference in local communities, Susan describes her current role as the most rewarding of her career. She considers herself fortunate to be doing the job she always aspired to—serving the public in a beautiful part of the world, alongside a dedicated and supportive team.

Inspector Tina Osborn leads the Salisbury Neighbourhood Policing Team, overseeing all local policing across the city and surrounding areas. With a strong focus on community engagement, problem-solving and partnership working, Tina is committed to ensuring Salisbury remains a safe and welcoming place for all who live, work, and visit.

Tina works closely with local residents, businesses, councillors, schools and partner agencies to build trust, deliver long-term solutions and respond to the issues that matter most to the community.
