With over 22 years of dedicated service in the West Midlands Police, I have amassed extensive experience across various policing roles since joining in 2002. My career began in uniform policing, where I served in Neighbourhood Policing and the Public Protection Unit.
Moving into investigations, I became an accredited detective and have held positions in the CID, both adult and child Public Protection, the Serious Organised Crime Exchange (SOCEX), and the Vehicle Crime Taskforce. My work has also spanned several neighbourhood crime teams, primarily in Birmingham and Coventry.
Currently, I serve as the Neighbourhood Manager for the North East of Coventry, covering Henley & Longford, Foleshill, Stoke & Wyken. My primary focus is on addressing antisocial behaviour, vehicle crime, and retail and business crime.
I am committed to a proactive approach to policing, ensuring my team has the necessary resources, training, and equipment to deliver high standards of service, protect the community, and bring offenders to justice. Additionally, I prioritise the health and well-being of my staff, enabling them to perform their duties effectively.
I am eager to engage with local residents and explore new ways to communicate about policing and crime in Coventry. Your feedback is invaluable in shaping our efforts to create a safer community.
