Antisocial behaviour.

We review all reports of antisocial behaviour and carry out follow?up visits where appropriate. When individuals are identified, we take positive action. These calls are also discussed at our daily meetings with partner agencies to ensure the right support is offered where needed.

E-scooters.

Officers have visited local schools to give presentations highlighting the dangers and risks of using e?scooters in public places, helping young people make safer choices.

Fly tipping.

Kent Police are monitoring all reports of fly?tipping and working closely with the local authority to ensure any debris is removed as quickly as possible.

Fly‑tipping enforcement is led by environmental agencies. Officers are working closely with them to tackle incidents and help identify those responsible.

In some cases, fly‑tipping is linked to rogue traders. Investigations focus on where these individuals are operating, who they are targeting, and where waste has been dumped.

If you see fly‑tipping happening, please report it to the police so immediate action can be taken.

Drug offences.

The local officer is aware of concerns about drug use in School Lane and has been attending the area at times when issues have been reported. Patrols will continue, with support from other officers in the local policing team, to deter this behaviour and help identify those involved.

Residents are encouraged, where it is safe to do so, to note any vehicle registration numbers or other useful details and share them with the local officer. This information helps build a clearer picture of who is using the area, when, and for what purpose, allowing police to take a more targeted and proactive approach.

Nuisance vehicles.

The local officer continues to patrol the ward and review recent call data. At this time, there have been very few reports of nuisance vehicles, and no clear patterns have been identified that would require targeted action. Officers will continue to monitor the situation closely.

Patrols have been increased in Azalea Drive and the surrounding area. Officers are speaking with local residents and businesses to gather information and provide reassurance. School officers have also been involved to help identify those linked to reported issues.

We encourage all incidents of antisocial behaviour to be reported. Reporting helps us build a clearer picture of what is happening, identify those involved, and respond effectively.

We also encourage residents to report any incidents involving nuisance vehicles. Each report helps identify emerging patterns, supports action against those responsible, and allows police resources to be used in a proportionate and effective way.

Nuisance vehicles remain an issue across Swanley, and local officers continue to carry out high-visibility patrols in affected areas. Where drivers or riders are identified, officers may issue Section 59 warnings and take further enforcement action when appropriate. A Section 59 warning is a legal warning issued when a vehicle is used in an antisocial manner, and further offending can result in the vehicle being seized.

Speed checks are also planned in locations most affected by nuisance vehicle use to help deter dangerous and antisocial driving.
