Response (19 Jan 2026)PC Saddington is working with the Child Centred Policing Team, carrying out regular high?visibility patrols and engaging with schools, parents, and councils. Anyone committing offences will be dealt with using full policing powers. |
| 30 Oct 2025 | E-scooter/nuisance motorbikes. Response (19 Jan 2026)Reports of nuisance electric scooters and electric bikes have gone down. Officers are continuing proactive enquiries, including checking CCTV and carrying out house?to?house visits. When offences are identified, officers take action such as giving a Section 59 warning, issuing a Traffic Offence Report (TOR), or seizing the vehicle. A Traffic Offence Report (TOR) is used by officers to record road?traffic offences. A decision is then made about the most appropriate outcome, which could include a fine, points on a driving licence, or a driver awareness course. |
