Priorities
1 Jul 2023 | Anti-social Behaviour Committed in Several Hotspot Locations Across the Ward Response (13 Jul 2023)Throughout the summer, we have noted spikes of anti-social behaviour in several locations across the Yarborough ward. Affected areas have included Grimsby Leisure Centre, Finchley Court, Freshney Green Medical Centre, Capes Recreational Ground & Kingston Woods. Each report comes with different solutions, such as Rapid Deployment Cameras, Community Protection Warnings or an increased Police presence alleviating resident’s concerns. Your local team will continue to monitor reports and areas of increased reports and will respond by completing Humbertalking surveys to establish the extent of issues before tailoring a bespoke solution that we anticipate will be most effective. Further updates will be provided with specific responses to issues as they are worked on in partnership with other stakeholders and agencies. |

20 Sep 2024 | Retail crime Response (20 Sep 2025)Across the ward we have a high volume of retail establishments. This naturally leads to a level of shop related crime. Local officers work very closely with shop staff at both the independent and chain stores.
