Priorities
1 Nov 2022 | Antisocial Behaviour Response (16 Nov 2022)Goole Neighbourhood Policing Team continue to deliver high visibility reassurance patrols to deter potential anti-social behaviour in Goole Town Centre. We know the affect that antisocial behaviour has on a community and would appeal for anyone who is subjected to threats, personal property graffiti, hate crimes or harassment to contact the police directly on 101 to report it to us so that we can deal with it for them. Many incidents are dealt with by the local authority and not the police and our website gives guidance on this: https://www.humberside.police.uk/antisocial-behaviour. If residents have concerns over young people gathering in large groups, noise nuisance, public property graffiti, littering or fly-tipping they should call the East Riding of Yorkshire Council. We all have a role to play in making our communities safe for everyone. The community policing team will continue to work closely with the local councillors, local authority and charities in Goole to keep Goole a safe and happy place to live. |

20 Sep 2024 | Drugs The Neighbourhood Team have been active in the community conducting Drugs warrants at various addresses and locations. We are keen to disrupt this kind of behaviour in our community and encourage people to continue to talk to us and report issues so we can act on this intelligence by means of conducting warrants/stop searches when lawful to do so. We will bring offenders to court alongside referrals to support agencies for substance misusers. |
23 Sep 2024 | Anti-social Behaviour - Halloween and Bonfire night In the upcoming weeks Officers from the Neighbourhood Team will be making visits to the local Schools to engage pupils in talks about anti-social behaviour on the lead up to Halloween and Bonfire night. This will seek to encourage responsible behaviour, hopefully deterring and reducing the instances of anti-social behaviour around these two calendar events. Officers will also be out carrying more hi-visibility patrols around this time. |
