+
Aaron Shaw (Inspector)

I joined Derbyshire Constabulary in 2005 as a Special Constable before working as a call operator. I then went on to be a PCSO and I have held various roles in the Constabulary working predominantly in the South Division.

I have a background in Safer Neighbourhood policing having worked as a PCSO and a Police Constable in several areas of the city.

I consider it a privilege to work for the police. Derby East is a densely populated residential area that present challenges around domestic violence, acquisitive crime and ASB. We are working tirelessly with partners to address issues, to prevent reoffending and create a safer community
