Priorities
14 Oct 2020 | Routinely doing welfare checks on individuals that are vulnerable. Response (23 Jun 2023)We are continuously working with other agencies such as Bristol City Council, to safeguard the residents of Kingsweston. |
1 Jun 2021 | We have had a number of reports regarding anti-social behaviour (ASB) involving youths in the area. This is causing a significant effect on local residents and businesses. Our aims are to identify those involved, prevent further ASB and take further action where appropriate. Response (23 Jun 2023)In order to curb anti-social behaviour, the neighbourhood team are visiting local clubs to engage with the youths. |
3 Mar 2022 | We are seeing an increase in parking issues in the area. Especially with vehicles blocking pavements and dropped curbs. By parking your vehicle on the pavement you are forcing the elderly, children and people with prams and wheelchairs into the road and you are putting them at risk of being hit by another vehicle. Response (1 Jun 2023) We have been giving out tickets on Middleton Road for vans that were blocking pavement and footpath. |
1 Sep 2021 | Throughout Bristol there are continuous reports of potential locations for the cultivation, preparation and dealing of Controlled Drugs. The area of Kingsweston is no different and the Neighbourhood Policing Team work in partnership with other agencies and the community in order to combat and attempt to shut down such premises. Residents are encouraged to report all incidents to the police through 101 or 999. Alternatively you can report anonymously through CrimeStoppers on 0800 555 111. Response (23 Mar 2023)Residents are encouraged to report all incidents to the police through 101 (non emergency) or 999 (emergency). |
