Answer
The Ministry of Justice recognises the needs of people on the autism spectrum. Tribunal staff and judicial office holders are trained accordingly, with HMCTS providing reasonable adjustments to give those with disabilities equal access to information and services. This upholds the overriding objective within the Tribunal rules that cases are to be dealt with fairly and justly, including ensuring that all parties can participate fully.
