To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, with reference to the Written Ministerial Statement on Personal Independence Payment of 25 June 2018, HCWS793, whether a claimant requesting a mandatory reconsideration or appeal could be subject to a review of their existing personal independence payment.
