To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what steps he is taking to secure an affiliation between a Royal Navy vessel and the city of Sunderland following the decommissioning of HMS Ocean in March 2018.

The Royal Navy will inform Sunderland Council in due course regarding a future affiliation with the city.
