To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, what steps he will take to ensure that evaluations of the Work Programme look at its performance for ethnic minority jobseekers.

Answer
DWP commissioned a comprehensive evaluation of the Work Programme which was conducted by a consortium of external researchers led by the Institute for Employment Studies. This evaluation includes large scale surveys which include significant numbers of ethnic minority Work Programme participants.
