Answer
Information on the number of citizens of the United States of America who have been informed that they do not have the right to work as a result of a Home Office decision on an application for EEA documentation and who have successfully appealed for the last five years is not centrally held and can only be provided at disproportionate cost through the examination of individual case records.
Home Office guidance on the free movement rights of direct family members of European Economic Areas and Swiss nationals was last updated on 21 April 2017. Guidance on applications for documentation from extended family members was updated on 7 August 2017.
