Personal Independence Payment: Compensation (19 February 2018)

Question Asked

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, if her Department will compensate claimants who have (a) fallen into debt and (b) accrued interest charges as a result of decisions which are overturned in her Department's review of personal independence payments.
