Answer
The Ministry of Justice’s Guide to Coroner Services, which is aimed at bereaved families, sets out how inquest conclusions can be challenged. There are two ways of doing so: either through an application to the High Court with the authority of the Attorney General, or by way of judicial review. The Guide is available at: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/guide-to-coroner-services-and-coroner-investigations-a-short-guide
