To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, whether it his policy for the UK to continue to participate in the Scientific Review Group after the UK leaves the EU.

Answer
Our future relationship with the EU is still to be determined and is the subject of negotiations. As part of these negotiations the Government will discuss with the EU and Member States our future status and arrangements with regard to EU bodies.
As the UK leaves the EU, one of our core objectives is to continue to collaborate with European partners on major science, research and technology initiatives.
