To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, what assessment his Department has given to the potential risks to human and animal health posed by packs of hounds and hunting activities.

Answer

There is no evidence to suggest that packs of hounds and hunting activities carry significant risks to human or animal health.
