To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, when his Department plans to publish the conclusions of the Post Implementation Review of the Equality Act 2010 (Work on Ships and Hovercraft) Regulations 2011; and for what reasons that publication has been delayed.

Publication of the Post Implementation Review has been delayed whilst the Department seeks further quality evidence from the industry regarding the impact and cost of the Equality Act 2010 (Work on Ships and Hovercraft) Regulations 2011. Analysis of that additional evidence is currently being undertaken. The report will then be presented to the Reducing Regulation Committee for clearance before publication.
