Question Asked

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, what estimate has made of the number of single parent households who will be in receipt of universal credit when it is rolled out in (a) the UK, (b) London (c) London Borough of Ealing and (d) Ealing Central and Acton constituency.

Answer

The Department estimates there will be around 2.1 million single parent households in receipt of Universal Credit when it is rolled out in Great Britain.
