Garden Communities (29 November 2017)

To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, what his policy is on the criteria for board membership of garden settlement development corporations; and will be responsible for appointing such board members.

Our proposals for the membership of the Board of locally led New Town Development Corporations and appointments to the Board are set out in our consultation document on the draft New Towns Act 1981 (Local Authority Oversight) Regulations which we published on Monday 4 December.
