Foreign Nationals: Offenders (28 November 2017)

Question Asked

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, how many foreign national offenders discharged in each of the last five years with convictions for (a) rape, (b) other sexual offences and (c) violence against the person were (i) deported directly from custody, (ii) deported on release from custody, (iii) deported within one month of being released from custody, (iv) deported between one and two months of leaving custody, (v) deported between two and three months of leaving custody, (vi) deported between three and six months of leaving custody, (vii) deported between six and 12 months of leaving custody, (vii) deported 12 months or more after leaving custody, (ix) awaiting deportation in an immigration removal centre and (x) still resident in the UK.
