Question Asked

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, when he estimates he will (a) receive and (b) publish the findings of the Health and Safety Executive Review Panel on Fee for Intervention.

Answer

The independent review of the ‘fee for intervention’ scheme operated by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) has completed and I am considering its recommendations. The report will be published later this year.
