Answer
Information on the accessibility facilities available at individual stations, including step free access arrangements, is collected and held by the Rail Delivery Group and published on the National Rail Enquiries website. If any disabled passenger is unable to use a particular station the train operating company is obliged to arrange alternative transport at no additional cost.
