To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, what assessment he has made of the effectiveness of the Work Programme for young black men.

Answer
The proportion of Job Outcomes achieved across the ethnicity groups is consistent with the proportion of referrals, attachments and Job Outcomes on the Work Programme as a whole.
