To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, what plans his Department has for officials to canvass customer feedback from Work Programme participants; and if he will make a statement.

Answer
DWP has commissioned a consortium of independent research organisations to undertake a comprehensive evaluation of the Work Programme, which includes research with participants. A further report is currently planned for publication at the end of 2014.
