To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, what changes have been made to the Model Clauses incorporated in PL080 Licence from the Petroleum (Production) Regulations 1966.

Answer
The model clauses incorporated into the Licence are those deriving from Schedule 3 of The Petroleum (Production) Regulations 1966 as set out in Schedule 3 of the Petroleum (Current Model Clauses) Order 1999.
