Question Asked

To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills, pursuant to the Answer of 7 July 2014, Official Report, column 128W, on disabled students' allowances, how much money his Department will save as a result of the proposed changes to the disabled students' allowance.

Answer

The Government is consulting stakeholders about the proposed changes. These consultations will help inform the Equality Analysis, which will include an estimate of the savings that might be expected from the proposals, once agreed.
