To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, how many businesses received an exemption from the carbon price floor for fossil fuels used in a combined heat and power station to generate good-quality electricity consumed onsite in (a) 2014-15, (b) 2015-16 and (c) 2016-17.
